‍Most of our orders arrive within 3-5 business days or faster, but we guarantee all orders to arrive within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of purchase.
If expedited shipping options are available, you’ll see the option to select faster shipping while in the checkout process.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
You must return any item for a full credit or refund of the product price, keeping the following in mind: Biovity does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.
Item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
You must return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse, regimen or kit, there will be NO refund for that cleanse, regimen or kit.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.).
In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
We do not provide return labels for products being returned.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If your return is not the result of our error, your *true postage fee will apply.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
